California Arts Day and PCS

On September 17th we were joined by guests from the California Arts Council in regard to California Arts Day, an annual celebration that takes place in communities across the state. Next, we'd like to remind everyone that the 'A Place Called Sacramento' Film Festival will be taking place October 5, 2008 at 1:00pm, at the Crest Theatre.
