Carl Burton talks about the CAP Act and Angelina Reaux will "Wow you"

Continuing with the theme of "community access preservation", Ray will feature the "Friends of Amy" Goodman Fundraiser for Access Sacramento. This fundraiser is designed to raise money for our own Access Sacramento station.
